We are aware of the latest issues in the forums that many users (including us) are having. Rest assured, if the login process says you are unauthorized or that your credentials are incorrect, that it is in almost all cases not accurate. We are having some issues on our end and are not yet able to pinpoint what the problem is yet. We'll be looking into this and hopefully will have a solution soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I cannot sign in at home, work or on my phone.  I ended up signing in on a computer I have never used before.

So the solution is simple.   Buy a new computer. 

So when is this problem going to be fixed for good? This is the first time I could log in for days and I have been trying on 2 different devices.

Have just been able to sign on also for the first time in days. Maybe it is all coming good again.

I'm in, too.  The never-been-used computer I used a couple of days ago kicked me out yesterday.  Now, I am back in using my normal work computer.

Well, those who can't log in won't complain here. Got in from my Android device, still no luck at the desktop.

EDIT: I'm back - maybe the successful login from Android has reset something, on about the third attempt I signed in from the desktop.

It reminds me of a helpdesk ticket for the building management, filled by a coworker in August: "the air conditioning is not working, there is 27 °C in our office!" Nothing happened ... and in November the ticket got resolved.

To-day I unchecked the 'next time log me in automatically ' check box and it let me in.

I don't know whether it's just a coincidence or not, but I've tried it 3 times before making this post and it worked every time.

I had success unchecking the "log me in automaticaly" box.

Oh look I am in again! The question is will it last

2 days in a row! maybe it is fixed now!!

The forum authorization continues to be sporadic at best. We are presently looking for a new solution, possibly one that will use the same forum software as GC.com. In the meantime we hope you will be patient while we work to solve this problem.
