There should be a category for Carillons
I just ran across a carillon and was amazed to see there wasn't a waymarking category for them. There ought to be one.
Just throwing the idea out there to see if somebody will want to run with it.
What is a carillon?

If you want to have one for Carillons start one. Even though they are acceptable in the Music Instrument category they are significant enough they could support their own category.

Re: There should be a category for Carillons
OK, you've got me there - the musical instruments category accepts carillons, but I don't think they really belong there. That category is looking for musical instruments on display - real or artsy. Carillons are not on display, in fact, you can rarely see them because they are usually concealed inside a tower. They are a functioning musical instrument that exists to perform concerts for the public. They're no small potatoes - at 100 tons or more they are the heaviest of all musical instruments and they need a tower to house them in. That makes them a great source of pride for an institution that owns one and it also makes them rare. Carillons are unique and significant enough to merit their own category.
