    Searching for waymarks

I'm wondering if it wouldn't be possible to modify the search criteria to to allow return only of items in a particular state (country, whatever).

Presently, the closest one can narrow a search is to within 10 miles. While I do sometimes want to know that waymarks may be nearby, there are times when I don't.

As a for instance, my focus right now is on getting Vermont a bit more caught up on postings. I would like to be able to see what waymarks already exist within Vermont, and not have to weed through everything nearby in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York and Quebec.

To do this under the box where it says optional address or postal code there is a link which "additional search options"  click it, a box will be displayed with 3 tabs, select the one saying "Region Search" then you can select country and state if desired.

One method I've used is to do a search for a specific town and select one waymark that seems to be centrally located.  Then I go to the bottom of that waymark's page and click on the search for nearest waymarks.  It will fan out from that point and gives me an excellent reference for what has been completed in that area.

ARE YOU SERIOUS????  I've been fighting with the site for ages because I live really close to the New York border and as much as I like Rayman's listings it must be a special trip to go there, hence I really don't need to see them all the time when looking for ones near home and work.

Now I gotta check that out!

Well, with some work this will speed up life for me... thanks for posting that info!

    Cool BQ

That certainly takes care of the problem.

    Thanks.
