I enjoy GeoCaching and have a dog that I like to walk with. I have walked and cached the trails near my home with my dog. Walking the same trails all the time gets kinda boring especially knowing that there are other community trails out there. What I am looking for is the Waymarks for other nearby trails where I can walk my dog and GeoCache at the same time. How do I locate these? Does such a catagory exist? It seems to me some of these trails might overlap other interests . Is there a way to sort similar categories/waymarks based on attributes? So far the searches I have tried have returned nothing local.  burt

The Hiking and walking trailheads category asks people to list restrictions and allowances, and sometimes dogs are mentioned.

I don't know if there are any such waymarks located near you, but if you are lucky enough to find a waymarked trailhead in your area using that category, you could simply click on the 'Nearest Geocaches' link on the waymark page for information about geocaches located nearby.
