It would be a great feature if you could click on a state and it shows your waymarks for that state.
Also, if there's ever plans for a world map, if it worked the same way. Not a biggie, but still it would be a nice feature, I think.

i have mentioned this several times before (in referene to finding which of my marks was in Kansas). and i believe you are specifically talking about the 'us map' tab on your profile, no the map in the corner of 'my waymarks' search result....

it would seem that the state location is based on the dropdown selection, not the coords.

thanks to bruce and several others who are in the process of correcting this.

Yes the state location is based on the selection from the drop down.  To find out what waymarks you or any other waymarker have in a particular state you can do a search from the search page.

I agree it would be nice to be able to click a state in the map and achieve the same results.

yes, and the ability to click on other peoples maps to see their results.....

as i mentioned in the other post, i think that most people are turned off by the vast amount of clicking/scrolling that it takes to navigate the site. granted, it might take the same number of clicks to get to someones map, but it is a little more intuitive.

I would like a color scheme with bolder colors. Sometimes those light blue hues are hard to see.
