Where do they fit?

Here in the South we have many "Catfish Houses" and Po-Boy places, where would these fit? I may be overlooking the category. Also, I see a place for KFC, but where do Popeye’s go?

Not every thing needs to have a Waymark. Your catfish houses might be able to go in the fish and chips category, check it out and see if they meet the requirements.

Thanks for the reply, but I found the "Independent Fish Houses" category.

Is there a recommended resturant category? Maybe that's where my Po-Boy place could go.
