I have searched and not found a category that seems right so I figured I'd ask here instead of waiting for decline and resubmitting.
The object is a tall stone pillar, but not an obelisk, it has a bronze relief bust, but it is not a statue, it has a historical marker plaque and it is in California, but it is not an official California Historical marker.
Where should I submit it? I can't decide as the categories are so specifically defined.
