Can I submit an idea for a waymark somewhere, so
there is a
new category? Such as there isn’t Vietnam War Memorials, only POW/MIA
Vietnam
Memorials. So could I submit Vietnam War Memorials, then it would be
set up for
peer review? Then how do you become the first officer for a category;
the early
bird gets the worm? And how does the officers work? Do officers get to
review and permit the waymarks submitted? And how does that work if
they do? Thanks in advance.
