I hope you don't let this problem get you down too quickly! There are many picture resizing programs available to either download to your computer, or use online resizing programs available through many websites. My computer uses Windows XP, for example, and I went to the Windows website and downloaded a resizer program to my computer. Now, all I have to do is open the file that my pictures are in, select the pictures that I want to resize, holding down the control button and selecting each pic. with my mouse. I then right click on any one of the selected pics, scroll down to the resize option, select "large" and then click "ok". It takes a few seconds for each pic. to become resized, but after this is done, you can upload them quickly and it only takes few seconds to complete. Even this option sometimes fails on the first try, as I have had to click "back" and retry, but if you try without resizing, it almost always fails otherwise. There has been some other threads in the forums in the recent past that discusses some of the other resizing programs that waymarkers have tried, if you locate that thread, you may find one that works right for you. All I can say is don't give up......
