    Re: Wherigo category?

...to be cross-referenced in Waymarking, listing them under the category "Wherigo"?

An admirable idea, but it seems a bit redundant to me.  I'm assuming that Groundspeak is working to integrate the three sites (Geocaching/Waymarking/Wherigo) a bit more *someday*.   It would be nice to have the search functions more integrated in order to pick and choose what features to look at or caches to do (e.g. "hmm....should I log that lame looking lampost hide, or go for that cool looking building on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places Category ).  Of course, in my dreamworld there is also a way to to show Total Stats (Finds/Hides/Waymarks Created/Waymarks Found/Cartridges Authored/Cartridges Completed)....Hope springs eternal ;)

As BQ pointed out, there is a "Wherigo Cartridge" Variable on the Self Guided Walks and Trails Category.....although I'm about the only one that takes the time to build a Tour Cartridge for these types of things.

Other than the aforementioned Cartridge that integrates the three activities (Geocaching/Waymarking/Wherigo), I'm a little hard pressed how one could make a Waymark Category out of a Cartridge, other than to make a Tour Cartridge for a submission in an existing Category like the Lucky 7, Waymarking Tour, or the GPS Tracklog Art Category.

I'm always open to new and interesting ideas though :)
