Yes, I would also put that in the "trivial/mundane" , but also too regional to be a proper Category IMO.
As has been pointed out above, just about anything can pass Peer Review, and of course, Officer Review if you stack the Group with your friends ;)
You might want to reconsider, or refocus the Category after reading of the troubles that a similar prolific Category went through:
Can this Category be saved?Do you really want to be inundated with 10's to 100's of Waymarks a day? Because there are many people out there that will cheerfully submit every bench they pass in order to pump their statistics up.
Just something to consider :)
