For a number of categories, you have to enter hours of operation for them. Most of these have a series of list boxes to select the open/close times for weekdays, open/close times for Saturday, open/close times for Sundays.
These are often a pain to use. Personally I'd just like a free flowing text box to enter hours, as there might be different hours for Tuesday than Wednesday. Maybe Sundays and Saturdays are the same. I don't see the advantage to making this multiple text fields than just a single field.
