Actually my brother (who is one of two geocachers living in Kenya) spottet the ISS last night (or morning as it was for him) at the same orbit, but it was only at 12 deg altitude (low altitudes work at the ocean or - in his case - at Lake Victoria.
Guess this needs some more organization but thanks for the effort!
