Once you've been to a Dim Sum restaurant, you will understand it is NOT
the same as your run of the mill Chinese restaurant. Even ordering dim
sum is a unique experience. A waitress brings a steam cart over to
your table, the cart is filled with unique steamed dumplings to choose
from, and each in it's own chrome container . There are unique sauces
and dips for each of the dim sums, some hot, some sweet, and some out
of this world.
I like this category, Dim Sum restaurants are becoming the latest
international flavor fad and we (Waymarking.com) should be the on the
forefront.
I say we leave it up to the peer vote and head forward.
