If we are thinking about expanding the category then we should probably include all food locations on all television shows (Food Network, Travel Channel, etc.). It would just make it easier and in the long run would probably be better. And I'm sure that some of these shows just haven't visited food places in the United States, there have been locations all around the world. There are shows like Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares which was filmed mostly in Europe and around the United Kingdom which could be considered.
