Groups that will not approve to their own standards

The Human Error group will not approve my waymark eventhough it meets their requirements 100%. the following is copied from their page.

"Description:Showcasing those times things just didn't go as planned, or when the plan was flawed.

Expanded Description: Waymarks in this category represent those times that are best described as a failure.

Waymarks should be permanent, and clearly viewed as a mistake or error of some sort. These will typically be engineering or construction errors, like design or implementation flaws."

I have submitted a retaining wall that has partially failed, in that it has not fallen down totally. Other retaining walls all around this one, and they were all built at the same time, have not failed. In fact these other walls are larger. This one wall was improperlly designed/built by HUMAN ERROR.

They keep saying that it failed because it was old. The walls were built in the 20's. Again all the walls were built the same time that they are not showing any sign of failure, only this one failed.

    Any suggestions?
