I have tried to upload photos many times using my fiance's dialup connection - it almost never works - does exactly what you describe, kicks me back to the blank form. I have tested this problem from there using jpegs from 1 meg, thru 185 kb, right down to a 5 kb test image. Same result. And, I tested her connection with her older desktop, and with my
high-tech laptop...both show the same issue on dialup, so it's not the
computer. But, strangely, MY high-speed wifi connection, at my place in the city works every time, regardless of file size.
It's like the server waits for the file, and when dialup does not push it throough fast enough, the server gives up and resets.
