gt.us:I put up a waymark, put up pictures, went back and edited some more.
Then I wanted to include a message to the reviewer, and the private message box was no longer available. At a minimum, it should be available until I have submitted the waymark.
This is a known bug. It was introduced when they were removing the view of the private box from someone editing waymark, as it was showing to the editor by mistake.
