BruceS:If it is your uncategorized waymark you can click edit and you will see a link saying change/remove category. If you do this it will remove the category and then it can resubmitted as an uncategorized waymark. Not sure if that helps or not.
Right now, it says [Select a category]. When I try to update (hoping to send it to uncat), I get
