ODragon: BruceS: If it is your uncategorized waymark you can click edit and you will see a link saying change/remove category. If you do this it will remove the category and then it can resubmitted as an uncategorized waymark. Not sure if that helps or not.
Right now, it says [Select a category]. When I try to update (hoping to send it to uncat), I get

It sounds like you have it uncategorized. Instead of clicking update click the preview and submit tab on the top of the page. The page should be displayed with a bunch of red text on the top saying it does not have a category. On the bottom you should be able to click submit.
