How the heck do I publish a “virtual cache” here? I have just spent an hour trying to find out where I can post a new “cache/waymaking cache” on this web-site, but cant seem to find out how. I am dumb when it comes to this sort of stuff (I can prove that), but I want to learn how. Groundspeak, come to find out, doesn’t publish “virtual caches” any more, so they sent me here. This sounds very fun, so please help me get started!
