Agreed, we were disappointed to learn that a bunch of great 8X8ft external wall art that we'd worked hard on waymarking and putting up were declined from this category. While at the same time some of the same type and very same location were accepted by a different reviewer yesterday. There is no where else to put them. If that can't be done then maybe this category could broaden it's definition a tad. Victoria, BC is full of great art but many are attached to the walls not painted directly on them. We'd be willing to help out with this category.
