The only category for stone houses is for cobblestone ones.  I don't there are many of those in your part of the world.   A stone building category would have to be well refined or nearly every older building in city center would qualify as most are built of some stone.

There's a couple of small buildings around here with the outer walls made of petrified wood.
How would that be for refinement?
