Peer Review to approval

I have a category that completed Peer Review a couple of days ago I but have not heard if it passed or failed.

Who does this final approval?
How long should this take?

The final approval is done by Groundspeak personnel. They usually do them within a few days of when the vote is done. These are not done automatically but when they initiate the review which they usually do weekly or so.
