Waymarks you may want to visit but might have missed..

At times there are interesting 'Waymarks' that just slide by us without notice. Some of the "more interesting ones" could be mentioned here in this thread.
Here is one -- Click on the link to Camp X and look for -International Spy Museum - Washington

...and if you are dreaming about Hawai`i, visit the Jupiter Foudation and listen to our 'Hawai`ian Canaries' sing for you while they are frolicking in the warm waters for the winter.

Oh give me a break!  Poor guy.  Where's the violin smiley?!  After a week of rain and a week (at least) to go I have no sympathy.  Smile

Edit - Make that 40* F plus wind and rain.  Although I'm sure that there are some folks back East that would like to bring out the whiny violin for my weather complaints.

Okay, here's one that I have loved ever since I was a kid.  I used to beg to go see it.  It's a roadside attraction waymark but I also have it listed as a pedestrian suspension bridge. The big surprise is who the pedestrians are.  It's so cute watching them use it.  Hmmm.... a best kept secret waymark?  You'll have to check the waymark out to discover the mystery pedestrians.

Anyhow I had trouble getting a good picture of it so for better pics use the link listed in the variables for Roadside America's shots of it.
