This has been going on for the last two months. My filters keep changing back to only those waymarks that have been approved. I go in and change to add other options hit update and nothing happens. This is getting frustrating as I can never see what is going on with the submissions until they've been approved. I can't even see that new submissions ...

Opinions needed here. We've had recent visits to some of our waymarks either done at night with barely recognizable photos or shots of the areas surrounding the waymarks but not the actual waymark itself.  I can understand traveling at night and wanting to waymark but if it is a visit the original owner should be able to tell what is in the ...

What's wrong with seeing a few extra smiles in your day? It's going to depend on the wording with this category. You don't want to be flooded with ordinary advertising signs but pics that are a bit different, like the side of a barn, silo, water tower or even cut into the grass on a hillside. Not all categories have to be serious. I say go for it.

I canceled the original group vote in order to make the changes we felt were needed. We will be sending it back through group vote shortly. Thanks for the suggestions and advice.

We have just discovered a problem with an apparent group vote with Woodsman of the World. As leader I was checking recent submissions and noticed that 4 said they had been approved by the managers of the Woodman group. I checked with my officers and several emailed they had not been the one to approve, several others including myself never got the ...

Our category, 3 Dimensional Art, has passed Peer Review but the link sent for us to see the comments has never worked. I've emailed about this once already with no results. Is there any way that this can be rectified? Thanks.

I am so glad someone else thinks this is necessary. I sent a question asking this question along with a suggestion to the forum a while ago. But at this point all you can do is go page by page by page to see which submissions are waiting to be approved. I am hoping this will be one of the changes Groundspeak makes.

We changed it to Art due to the fact that the Advertising seemed to scare a lot of  the Peers last time. When they heard Advertising they thought temporary. Hence the change in the name, which is not set in stone. We are flexible on the category name, the bottom line is that it can be seen as art but is a form of advertising. We appreciate all
