I have created and have requested vote for Officers Approval of a new category. I received a note for me to submit my own vote. I have voted and get a reply note that the polls are now closed and the results show that the category approval has been successful without the other officers voting yet. How the heck do I publish a “virtual cache” here?  I have just spent an hour trying to find out where I can post a new “cache/waymaking cache” on this web-site, but cant seem to find out how.  I am dumb when it comes to this sort of stuff (I can prove that), but I want to learn how.  Groundspeak, come to find out, doesn’t publish ...

Can I submit an idea for a waymark somewhere, so there is a new category? Such as there isn’t Vietnam War Memorials, only POW/MIA Vietnam Memorials. So could I submit Vietnam War Memorials, then it would be set up for peer review? Then how do you become the first officer for a category; the early bird gets the worm? And how does the ...
