Found this great memorial in a new park in Dunedin, FL dedicated to recipients of the Purple Heart. Would the category be for specific veteran memorial because it is specifically about Purple Heart recipients or Non-Specific becuase it doesn't mention any one particular war?

I just ran across a carillon and was amazed to see there wasn't a waymarking category for them.  There ought to be one.  Just throwing the idea out there to see if somebody will want to run with it.What is a carillon?
